We went to Baby Farm Animals season today at Andelin Family Farms. All the animals were so precious. My 26 y o daughter with special needs is mostly blind. She loves horses and to pet them but she does not like to ride them. So the horse staff let Piper pet her fav horse, Ranger, and take a photo with him. Very sweet. It was quite hot. 85 but felt like 100F. Bring umbrellas and plenty of water. Food items are limited. Mostly food trucks. The baby cows are Piper's favorite. And the lambs were so animated today!

The baby animal days are awesome! Idk who had more fun, me or my toddler πŸ€ͺ Lots of animals to see and hangout with and they all seemed happy and well taken care of.

Visited Andelin Family Farm for tulip picking and overall had a good experience! We went mid-day and it wasn’t too busy, which was nice. Unfortunately, it was pretty windy and a lot of the tulips were either already dead or still babies, so options felt a little limited. We were still able to find some good ones though! On a positive note, I was actually surprised their care tips worked. The penny and ice water trick really brought the tulips back to life and made them perk up, which was so cool to see. Still a fun experience and I’d come back, maybe just earlier in the season next time. We’ll definitely be back in a few weeks to see the baby animals!

I was in town visiting family and looking for a fun fall activity with my grandkids. This place was everything we wanted and more. So many activities included in your general admission. We did opt to pay for a couple of extras, well worth the price. Both my grandkids had so much fun doing the gold mining. It was amazing to see their excitement when they started to find their gems. The pony rides were well worth the cost and the wait, they loved it. They enjoyed their first caramel apples, which were absolutely delicious! On the way out, we picked out a wagon full of pumpkins and decorative gourds. Also reasonably priced and tons to choose from. Despite the incredibly crazy windy day, everybody had an absolute blast. I would definitely make this an annual activity.
